I would like to share with you information about how to properly send out a target letter to a group of leads.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE 2000 EMAILS I RECEIVED?

I don't care if you paid $1000 Dollars for a list of quality leads, you must qualify and clean the list first.

Here's what I do...

I pop the emails I collected from Marsleads, My FFAs and other lead sources into a distribution list and I send out an email like this.

Subject line is key!

You will hear this a lot throughout the Internet and free ezines but I think this information is outdated! People DON'T respond more often to the word FREE or BONUS. "Sign Up NOW For Your FREE BONUS!" OR "Make a Million Dollars" The Gurus will tell you that Hot Words work! I STRONGLY DISAGREE!!!

THIS WORKED BEFORE BUT IT'S NOT WORKING TODAY!

The only thing these Hot Words do is unveil your intentions and makes it easier for the reader to delete your sales letter. Think about it, how quick do you delete the junk that comes into your box? The first target letter you send is a knock on someone's door. Once they open that door you must start the relationship marketing process and build trust and respect with that lead. How you knock on the door (Subject Line) is key.

Keep in mind that most of the people that you are communicating with are already involved in different companies and are trying to push their offer on you. The serious networker is able to filter these incoming emails and target only those leads he/she has cleaned. If you give me 10,000 emails I will send them a friendly target letter then I will get the serious networker to respond back to me. Once they do, I start the relationship marketing process.

Here's what my subject lines look like

Subject -> Your Name Here : Your State or Country : Comment
Subject -> This is Heather : Virginia : Comment
Subject -> Tell me about your company : Heather
Subject -> Tell me about your offer : Heather
Subject -> Please help me I want to learn : Heather

The Body of the first email looks something like this.

My name is Heather and I understand you are looking for people to join your company. Please tell me about it!

The target will want to open your email because they think you want to learn or join their offer. (You will join if it's good) When they read your email it will contain a new email telling them where to correspond with you. Sometimes I will tell them to "Please send me personal information not a million dollar sales letter" and not to drop my personal email into an auto responder.

I can assure you that if you use the methods above you will get 25% of the saturated leads to email you personally. As always try to listen first then reverse the marketing! Everyone needs 500 Leads for $29.00

ANSWER:

You have it all wrong...

When I'm prospecting and cleaning my list I look at all offers coming my way. Currently I am a registered member for over 455 different affiliate companies. I do join some of the ones that target me. How do you think I got to 455?

I'm not into deception... It's just that I have more knowledge than 99% of the people out there and there is not much that I haven't herd of. I support many honeyfroggers!

Everyone has a good offer to join but not many people know how to promote.

What I'm talking about here is saturated leads. I CONSIDER ALL LEADS SATURATED UNLESS I GENERATE THEM MYSELF. You must clean them. Some people register for these different lead providers with auto-reply email just to target you.

I am not deceptive... I will listen to any offer and I do. I have over 146 different email accounts. Instead of bad mouthing me... why don't you ask questions and not accuse me of being deceptive?
